Hunting Leonids
Jane Houston Jones gives a first-hand account of hunting meteors aboard a special jet during the Leonid Meteor Storm of 1999. The annual Leonid Meteor Shower peaked on Nov. 17.
NASA and the European Space Agency have prioritized the Europa Jupiter System Mission (EJSM) for continued
study as the next mission to the outer solar system. Planning will continue for the Titan Saturn System
Mission for a possible later flight opportunity.
